A paleo diet is a dietary plan based on foods similar to what might have been eaten during the Paleolithic era, which dates from approximately 2.5 million to 10,000 years ago. A paleo diet typically includes lean meats, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds — foods that in the past could be obtained by hunting and gathering. A paleo diet limits foods that became common when farming emerged about 10,000 years ago. These foods include dairy products, legumes and grains.
What's a Training Program with out a meal plan? No matter how many reps your do or how intense your workouts are, you can't out-train a bad diet! Some recipes make enough leftovers for two nights or lunch the next day. While I truly believe there is no one size fits all meal plan, I did my best to come up with something that appeals to a wide range of individuals at all different levels of fitness and lifestyle. Every meal plan comes with a free "general substitutions list" for items you just can't bare to eat and would like an alternative for so feel free to swap out any items with comparable replacements as you wish. The grocery list is comprehensive and includes everything you need to make all meals on the plan. Make sure to your cabinets and/or pantries because many condiments and other everyday items you may already have a lot of them!
